Who we are
One of the Club's most active groups
The Circle exists to raise funds in support of Liberal Democrat candidates in Westminster by-elections, and to bring members together for engaging evenings with parliamentarians, policy specialists and commentators. Money is raised through our events, through raffles and auctions, and through the regular giving of members to the Orpington Fund.
Revived in 2024, the Circle now runs a flagship In Conversationseries pairing Liberal Democrat MPs with senior figures from both Houses, alongside panel discussions, fireside chats and its first Annual Dinner, planned for 2027.
